The hotel has a lovely garden access, but the ripped curtains and extremely uncomfortable bed were a downside. The service from a senior staff member was excellent. The location being close to Mevagissey harbour is a major plus, though the 'Nutty restaurant' being nearby may be noisy. The dining experience with beautiful views was delightful. Overall, the facilities were good, but a few improvements could be made.

The hotel offers a fantastic garden view and a walk-in shower, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The access straight into the garden was a nice touch. The location on the cliff on the edge of town is amazing, but it would have been better to be pre-warned about the restaurant closure. The dining on toasted brioche with beautiful views was a highlight, although the experience was let down by hash browns. The facilities were decent, providing a mix of positives and negatives.
